This item includes a 30-day return-to-base exchange warranty.

What's covered: Hardware faults only (if a module ceases functioning under normal use).

What's not covered: physical damage, misuse, or compatibility issues.

This RAM has been fully tested; it is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their motherboard/CPU before purchasing. In the event of a valid fault where a matching replacement stick is unavailable, an alternative equivalent item will be offered.
